Brooklyn Oktoberfest
Not many Oktoberfests made it in this year, especially not on draft. This is easily the best of the bunch. The nose is light and nutty, with subtle hints of brown sugar and honey. The honey shows up front on this beer, with a slight bitterness. The hop notes quickly fade to show a wonderful malty finish that contains flavors of oats and walnuts. Definitely a must for Oktoberfest lovers.

Sierra Nevada Ovila Golden
Sierra Nevada's Ovila series has been spot-on, and this beer is no different. The nose is floral with hints of citrus, clove, and juniper berries. The taste is smooth with floral notes and plenty of clove. Mint greets you on the finish, with a slight bitterness. Crisp and refreshing, this is a good beer for those hot Indian Summer days...though it packs a wallop at 8% ABV.

New Albanian Naughty Girl
This Blonde IPA is interesting, that is for sure. The nose shows off the hops and the yeast, with floral notes and hints of clove, orange, and mint. The taste is bitter up front with flavors of citrus and clove. The bitterness continues into the finish, with that clove taste dominating on the finish. For those who are fans of Belgian Style IPA's, this is for you...Though you do have better options.

Dogfish Head Punkin'
You all might remember the last Dogfish Head Punkin' I put on tap. It wasn't good...In fact, it was downright bad. However, this one certainly shows how much beer can differ between different kegs. The nose is exactly what it should be: Pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and potpourri. The taste translates all of those aromas into it. Pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of mint. The bitterness ramps up on the finish, though it quickly dissipates. Smooth and tasty, this is the perfect option for those of you hankering for a Pumpkin Beer in October.
Mike, Tyler, and Cody's Rating - 8.5/10
