Jokes aside, this is a valuable little tidbit that does a good job explaining how best to appreciate your beers when tasting them.  While the article doesn't explicitly state how to correctly taste a beer, it does specifically explain what flavor is and detail the beer drinking experience, so that the reader will have more aspects of flavor to think about in the future.  Mike and I use a similar process when reviewing our beers on tap.
